Our dream is to build an inspired community through partnership & shared wisdom. All whilst staying true to our craft, local environments, the quality of our ingredients & the supportive network we are building as a team.
Our focus through distilling is quality and storytelling, this helps us bottle more than simple beverages. Instead each bottle an exploration In Africa & the Cape peninsula's soul. We are a team of three, producing a spirit that hopefully enriches your lives as much as our own. & in the words of our distiller,

Our Story
As the sun shone on a particularly warm winter's day in Cape Town, a fruitful brainstorming session unfolded over lunch. Ideas were shared, decisions were made, and out of this emerged the concept of Cape Craft Lab. Our aim to establish a distillery and sensory lab dedicated to capturing and illuminating the exquisite essences of our surroundings through spirits. Africa's abundant richness—be it in culture, music, food, wildlife, or botanicals—remains a perpetual wellspring of inspiration for our team. Our mission is to encapsulate the enchantment of these narratives and locales within a bottle, to be savored and shared time and time again
